The Medical Director is the lead veterinary professional in a hospital and is responsible for ensuring best medicine is practiced and GoodVets medical standards are upheld. This individual works in tandem with the Hospital Operations Manager to lead our hospital staff in striving towards fulfilling the hospital’s goals.

A Hospital Operations Manager is the businesses and human resources lead for each hospital, in addition to being responsible for the management of non-veterinarian support staff. Often, we look for individuals with veterinary technical expertise, but are also open to meeting candidates outside of the industry with relevant managerial experience and a love for animals.
A Veterinary Technician directly assists our doctors to the fullest extent possible, to help continue to improve the quality of care given to patients and to aid doctors in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of technical work. A successful Veterinary Technician will lead by example and remain calm in the face of emergency situations in order to lead others. Veterinary Technicians are experts on on best medicine, including wellness and prevention to keep our patients healthy and happy.
Working closely with our Doctors and Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants exemplify the medicine and care we preach and provide to clients. Veterinary Assistants aid in the administration of services and products to patients and are integral to bolstering the efficiency of our hospitals. A VA position is the stepping stone to a Veterinary Technician role.
The face of our hospitals. CSRs ensure our client and patient experience is seamless and stress-free. In addition to leading scheduling and check-in, a CSR manages almost all communications with pet owners, acting as the bridge between of medical team and clients.
An incredible entry to our wonderful industry, a Kennel Attendant role provides a unique opportunity to provide daycare and boarding care to our amazing patients. Kennel Attendants learn all of the basics including how to restrain, engage with and care for dogs and cats, as well as more advanced skills like administration of medication. Kennel Attendants work under the supervision and in the presence of trained medical professionals and receive an amazing education on the basics of veterinary care.
